GETTING STARTED & ABOUT THERAPY

I use a blend of evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and strengths-based, client-centered practices. Therapy is always tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, life transitions, immigration-related stress, generational trauma, perinatal mental health, and experiences of domestic violence.

LOGISTICS, SCHEDULING, & POLICIES

All services are provided virtually through a secure telehealth platform for clients located in Utah. This allows for flexibility and access to care from the comfort of your own space.

Standard therapy sessions are 50–55 minutes.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Over time, we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Yes. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal and ethical exceptions, which will be reviewed during the intake process.

Finding the right fit is important. The consultation is a great opportunity to explore this and ask any questions you may have.

FEES, PAYMENT, & IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS

Session fees vary depending on the service provided. Please contact me directly or visit the services page for current rates.

I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance.

You may be able to receive reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill upon request.

I accept major debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

Private pay allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without insurance restrictions such as diagnosis requirements or session limits.

An immigration evaluation is a comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessment used to support certain immigration cases.

I provide evaluations for U-Visa, VAWA, asylum, and other humanitarian-based cases.

Most evaluations are completed within a few weeks, depending on scheduling and documentation needs.
